When Adam is turned at fifteen, Kris understands their connection. Adam is Kris' mate. His future husband. When tragedy strikes, Adam turns his back on them all, running from his own pain and leaving Kris floundering alone.

Adam ran long and hard from his destiny and everything that he was supposed to be. From his clan and his responsibilities...and especially from Kris. Kris is his best friend, the person Adam loved most in his life and he can't risk what that loss would do to them. But when Kris finds him to tell him they are on the brink of losing everything he can't stay away anymore.

Can Kris live with not having Adam the way he wants? Will Adam realize that his fear is keeping him from being with the one meant for him? Can they figure it all out before it's too late?

I think I may need a whole new laptop. My current one is being stoopid. And slow. And freezing up. And it crashed once already. Blue screen makes me sadpanda. Which is exactly what happened the last time it broke down and then I had to take it to the GeekSquad (thank god I had warranty) and they gave it back to me suffering from amnesia. *sigh*

I mean, I have my little netbook but that's for travel and I can't use it for EVERYTHING. NO MORE WARRANTY LEFT. I can't afford a new computer for real. *grumbles*

So, the fics that I am working on (and I have ALOT, one of which is the first Kradam I've ever attempted at writing) are, like, in dire straits here. (There's that pesky writer's block as well) Backing everything up tonight. JUST. IN. CASE.

In other news, I'm teaching myself how to play the guitar.
