I love this song and this skit. It's the original that aired in 1973. Bert is so awesome, srsly. I always enjoy when you get to see the full body versions of the characters! :)

How have I never seen 'Hey Cinderella'? At my Uni not knowing the whole ouevre should be a crime! Cause for immediate expulsion!

Anyway. It was a beautiful ballet sequence. Very worthy of "Solace." The boxed set of the series is totally on my "When I get a Real Job" List along with soooo many others. Did you hear/see there's a DVD set for Sesame Street now that is "not for children's educational purposes"?

PS- Is it good to be loved like dying? People generally don't enjoy dying. I mean we work really hard to avoid it. [ponders] You love me like dying? [whimpers] Whatever I did I'm sorry. I mean, can we talk about this? Couldn't you possibly love me like... a cold? The flu maybe? Not the Swine Flu because... Well, the Miss Piggy Flu would be ok.
